Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and building long-term customer relationships.

This role is best suited for candidates who have prior agency experience, possess strong communication skills, and are comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Knowledge of digital marketing services will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, referrals, and inbound leads.
  • Research potential clients and understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent revenue flow.

2. Client Interaction & Sales Conversion

  • Contact prospective clients to explain company services and offerings in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Schedule meetings, service demos, or consultations with potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

3. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships.

4. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with the marketing, operations, and campaign execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Share accurate client requirements and expectations with internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the team to resolve client concerns and ensure timely service delivery.

5. Target Achievement & Performance Tracking

  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and conversion targets.
  • Track daily activities, follow-ups, and conversions using internal tracking systems.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead status, conversions, and sales performance.
  • Continuously improve sales strategies based on performance insights.

6. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing practices, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve service offerings and sales pitch.
  • Identify new market segments and growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Any Graduation (Mandatory)
  • Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Agency Experience: Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency or advertising agency is mandatory.

  • English and Kannada proficiency is mandatory.
